Come learn about the world’s 5th largest but little-known religion, Sikhism (or Sikhi). The door is always open to non-Sikhs to join in Sikh’s activities and prayer, but on November 17th special programming will accompany the traditional service so that Sikhs and non-Sikhs can learn together. Join us for an introduction to Sikhi at a diwan, a service that includes a reading of the sacred text (The Guru Granth Sahib), singing and chanting, and a Q&A session during langar, a community meal central to the Sikh tradition of equality and service.
RSVP, if possible. Door is open to walk-ins. Contact:
