Co-Sponsored by First Friends of New Jersey & New York and the Interfaith Center of New York, this training will be held at East End Temple, 245 East 17th Street in Manhattan. First Friends is an organization that links volunteers with immigrants who are being detained. Learn how you can support immigrants, meet with them regularly at a detention center, and help them return to their lives after their release.
Light snacks will be provided beforehand, at 6:00 pm.
