Mediation Settlement Day is an annual event designed to raise awareness about mediation and the wealth of available resources for people in conflict. A panel of mediation experts will reflect on what behavioral economics can teach us about decision-making in negotiation and mediation. Panelists will also explore the role that Choice Architecture might have on the future of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The event is free and open to the public. RSVP is not required.
