The Archdiocese of New York is broken down into 19 different geographic regions, called vicariates, each with a local vicar. The Central Harlem Vicariate consists of the following parishes: All Saints Church, St. Aloysius, St. Charles Borromeo, St. Joseph of the Holy Family, St. Mark the Evangelist. The vicariate also includes The Office of Black Ministry of the Archdiocese of New York. The Franciscan Handmaids of the Most Pure Heart of Mary, the Franciscan Sisters of Atonement, and other orders are also part of the vicariate.
