Join Habitat for Humanity – New York City for an exciting and educational build trip to the beautiful islands of Trinidad & Tobago to enjoy the tropics while helping families in need of a simple, affordable home. This is a great opportunity to see a different side of a tropical paradise.
Participants will help build homes, learn about housing issues, participate in training sessions on advocacy, visit an informal settlement, and meet with government officials and local NGOs.
The trip takes place from May 10 to 19, 2013 and the cost is $1,750 per person, plus airfare. All funds must be raised or submitted by March 31. Online tools are available to help facilitate your fundraising efforts.
