Faith Based Leaders & Community Gather TONIGHT For Mayoral Candidate Forum with DeBlasio, Thompson, Lui and Quinn

Who:
Approximately 1,000 clergy and members of the community are expected to gather for an historical mayoral forum by faith leaders representing all five boroughs.

New York City’s mayoral candidates: Bill DeBlasio, John Liu, Christine Quinn, and Bill Thompson will be in attendance.

What:
“The Covenant” was drafted by New York City Clergy and addresses quality of life issues for all New Yorkers.  Issues to be discussed and questions that evening will entail education reform, healthcare reform, safer communities, immigration, housing, poverty and the road to economic justice.

When:
Monday, April 8, 2013, 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Doors open at 5:30pm
