We write to let you know about an upcoming development in Raza v. City of New York, the lawsuit challenging the NYPD’s Muslim surveillance program: A Status Conference has been scheduled for Thursday, September 12. This will be the first time that counsel for both parties will appear in court to discuss the next stages of the litigation with Magistrate Judge Joan Azrack.
The legal team encourages members and allies to attend. This is an opportunity to engage in the lawsuit at its early stages and to support the plaintiffs.
