A presentation by New York Law School Asylum Clinic on immigrants’ rights.
The Interfaith Center of New York is working with New York Law School and its students in providing faith communities around the city with legal clinics on topics that affect all of our communities.
This presentation will address a person’s rights if immigration enforcement comes to their home, if law enforcement asks about their immigration status, or if they are arrested. In addition, under faculty supervision, students will provide free individual immigration consultations for interested congregants and provide referrals for non-profit organizations.
