Dr. Sayyid Syeed of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) joined the Interfaith Center of New York on January 19th to reflect on Muslim-Catholic partnerships. The conference highlighted the projects ICNY has been facilitating in partnership with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, and Dr. Syeed gave closing remarks stressing the importance of ICNY’s work. ISNA in turn highlighted the conference on its blog, stressing the importance of this partnership work as a model to build upon nation-wide.
