Jeffrey Rivera speaks about his experience in the prison system and how he established a new life after release. Mr. Rivera is a graduate of Harlem Community Justice Center’s “Raising My Voice” program, which empowers individuals to tell their own stories, to break stereotypes of what it means to be a formerly incarcerated individual, and to give back to communities and become advocates for change.
