As you are aware, the U.S. has one of the highest maternal mortality rates than any other developed nation in the world. New York City has seen an increase. Our goal is to see that the U.S. is one of the safest nations for expectant individuals to give birth. This gathering aims to educate, bring awareness and provide tools and resources for faith and community to increase support for expectant individuals.
