The Interfaith Center of New York is delighted to announce our first Interfaith Civic Leadership Academy – an intensive program offering civic engagement, legal literacy, and community organizing training for diverse local religious leaders. We are proud to be working with expert partners like Onleilove Alston and her team at Faith in New York. In this clip from and upcoming episode of ICNY’s “Interfaith Matters” podcast, Onleilove talks about her role at the academy.
Applications to join the Leadership Academy are due by October 2nd – we hope you will apply! All leadership fellows will receive a $1,000 stipend, as well as grant funding for a community based project.
