This dynamic day-long conference will examine the effects of spirituality for those we work with, identifying the particular elements of spiritual life that serve as protective factors against mental illness and also promote resilience in individuals, fostering healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self. This PSI conference is suitable for social workers, CASACs, other mental health professionals, activists, clergy of all faiths, pastoral caregivers, and scholars; it is co-sponsored by AAPC Eastern Region and ICNY. Discounted tickets are available to students and groups of 4 or more.
