MCN is hosting an interfaith conversation on spying and security with the authors of, “ENEMIES WITHIN: Inside the NYPD’s Secret Spying Unit and bin Laden’s Final Plot Against America.” This incredible book — written by the AP journalists who first reported on the NYPD’s unwarranted surveillance in August of 2011 — includes new details on the extent and depth of the NYPD’s controversial techniques. We also hope to include a member of the Raza v. New York legal case that is challenging the NYPD’s practices, in the program.
